SECRETARY

Job Purpose

 Assist managers in administrative jobs.

Main Responsibilities

Office/Administration procedures, independent correspondence, filing etc. Should possess good communication/telephone handling skills. Typing, filing, telephone handling, coordinating for various administrative jobs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experiences

Male, 25/35 years with a pleasing personality, sound health and excellent spoken/written proficiency in English/ Arabic.

Graduate in any discipline, diploma in secretarial course, computer literate and able to operate Windows XP, MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Typing speed 40 wpm - Shorthand knowledge would be an advantage

Minimum 3 years experience as a Secretary, conversant with Office/Administration procedures, independent correspondence, filing etc. Should possess good communication/telephone handling skills.
