Job Purpose

To run an accommodation complex for a discerning multinational clientele with a 600 bed capacity and preparing & serving1400 meals a day. The role also encompasses function and contract catering. The ideal candidate will be a ‘team player’ who is self motivated, great with people, hardworking and results driven. |

Main Responsibilities
|
|
|
The candidate should be self motivated and be able to manage the entire operation with Hygiene & Safety as a focus (Front office, Kitchen, Dining Hall, House Keeping, Maintenance). The candidate should have excellent communication skills. Responsible for maintaining client relations and generating an excellent client base. Responsible for the accommodation aspects and allocating rooms based on contractual obligations with various clients. Responsible for collection of outstanding payments and its necessary follow-ups. Responsible for motivating staff and maintain excellent work atmosphere to generate the desired results specified by the company. Responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001-2000 quality standards as specified within the complex. Responsible for liaising with Sales and Marketing Department & Operations for quotations, contracts, follow-ups etc. Responsible for continual improvements after logical evaluation of costs. The candidate should be able to formulate party catering menus, liaise with Executive Chef, and to take care of the service aspects at site with proper logistics. Planning, Coordinating, Controlling the Manpower and Operational activities within the area. |

Knowledge, Skills and Experiences
|
|
|
A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with a minimum of 4 Years experience in 4/5 Star Hotels with ISO & HACCP awareness is preferred. Age : 30 - 35 Years |
