| Purpose |
- To run an accommodation complex for a discerning multinational clientele with a 600 bed capacity and preparing & serving1400 meals a day.
- Function and contract catering.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player who is self motivated, great with people, hardworking and results driven.

| Responsibilities |
- Maintain client relations and generate an excellent client base.
- Responsible for the accommodation aspects and the allocation of rooms based on contractual obligations with various clients.
- Collect outstanding payments and their necessary follow-ups.
- Motivate staff and maintain an excellent work atmosphere to generate the desired results specified by the company.
- Maintain our ISO 9001:2000 quality standards as specified within the complex.
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Department & Operations for quotations, contracts, follow-ups, etc.
- Responsible for continual improvements after logical evaluation of costs.
- The candidate should be able to formulate party catering menus, liaise with the executive chef, and take care of the service aspects at site with proper logistics.
- Plan, coordinate and manage the manpower and operational activities within the area.

| Education | B.S. in hotel management
|
| Required skills |
- Self-motivated
- Able to manage the entire operation with hygiene & safety as a focus (front office, kitchen, dining hall, housekeeping and maintenance).
- Excellent communication skills.

| Required Experience | Minimum of 4 years of experience in 4/5 star hotels. ISO & HACCP knowledge is preferred.
|
| Additional Requirements | Age: 30 - 35 years old
